In today’s market, I believe that the most exposure is the
best exposure for selling properties. The internet is a broad-based
way to reach buyers, so I utilize that medium extensively for my
sellers. Other forms of advertising include print media (newspaper
ads, fliers, brochures), other Broker contacts, signs, mailings,
Open Houses, telephone calls … whatever it takes! I am definitely
proactive.

Pricing to sell is an art and a science. My goal is to maximize
the investment you've made in your home — and get it sold
in a timely manner. To do this, I advise you on price by combining
an analysis of other comparable SOLD homes in your neighborhood
with distinguishing features of your home. I attribute value for
intangibles such as location, landscaping, and street appeal. For
lofts, I take into consideration views from the unit, amount of
natural light, extent of outdoor space, etc.
