As a former teacher, I firmly believe in education. I have led Downtown Living Seminars to keep Buyers and Sellers abreast of the latest market trends and new projects in our local urban neighborhoods.

A Colorado resident for 33 years and LoDo loft resident for the past 12, I can be your guide to urban living. With two adult children who grew up in Denver, I am now helping young professionals like them find their first place or helping their parents sell “the big house” and "right-size," so they can kick back and enjoy life.

St. Charles Neighborhood Group Holiday Project & Family Homestead
I am involved in the St. Charles Neighborhood Group Holiday Project, which donates gifts and food to the needy. On the Board for Family Homestead, which provides emergency housing for homeless families, I chair “The Bare Necessities” program.
