As one of the first Realtors to focus on downtown Denver living,
I continue to be energized by our dynamic market. I look forward
to meeting new clients, touring properties and new projects, and
networking with my long-standing connections.
My clients expect excellent service, enthusiasm, and
energy; and they get it. I work hard to match sellers with the right
buyer, and buyers with the house or loft of their dreams.
As a former teacher, I firmly believe in education.
I have led Downtown Living Seminars to keep Buyers and Sellers abreast
of the latest market trends and new projects in our local urban
neighborhoods.
Nina's Profile
A Colorado resident since 1972 and LoDo loft resident since 1992, I can be your guide to urban living. With two adult children
who grew up in Denver, I am now helping young professionals like
them find their first place or helping their parents sell “the
big house” and "right-size," so they can enjoy life.

Nina's Community Involvement
Keeping my finger on the pulse of the city, I participate in many
local groups:
Family Homestead and the LoDONA Group Holiday Project
I am involved in the LoDoNa Group Holiday Project,
which donates gifts and food to the needy. I am also on the Board for Family
HomeStead, which provides emergency housing for homeless families,
I chair “The Bare Necessities” program. I am also the President of the HomeSteaders, the auxiliary support group that provides public awareness about homlessness, conducts fundraisers and special events, and collects 'bare necessities' for families entering Family HomeStead's Emergency Housing Program. Here is a little information about Family HomeStead:
Family HomeStead exists to house homeless families and end homelessness for individual families in our program in the metro Denver area. For over 30 years, Family HomeStead has worked to provide safe, secure independent housing for homeless families with children. This enables families to have a place they can call home while they work to resolve their crisis of homelessness.
February 2010:
Nina presented the 2010 Love of Family Award to The Honorable John Hickenlooper, Mayor of the City and County of Denver. The 15th Annual “For the Love of Family” Gala was held at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science on
February 6, 2010.
The Gala celebrated his award and raised money to help Family HomeStead. Photos and video by David Foxhoven.
